REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility
   ● If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can apply for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
   ● To apply for a refund, please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and has original tags and packaging.
2. Refund Process
   Please follow the steps below to apply for a refund:

   ● Pending Returns: We will review your request and send a return authorization message and related instructions if you are eligible for a refund.
   ● Returns: Please ship the product back to us as instructed. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please keep the courier receipt for verification.
   ● Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund. The refund will be returned to your payment account within 7 working days.
3. Exceptions
   The following situations are not applicable to the refund policy:

4. Transport damage
